Assalamualaikum,

They remind me that today is a "valentine day".  My son AHQ and I share a most special day of his life.  It is his birthday and coincidently it falls on "velentine day".

Dearest Son AHQ,

The day you were born, I just knew,

Allah sent me a blessing.. and that was you

I thank HIM everyday

You are the true definition of a son, in everyway

Because of you that my life has meaning

Always remember that I know how much you care,

I can tell by the relationship that we share

For a son like you who is so special

Whether we are together or apart

Remember and not ever forget...

You will always have a piece of my heart

My son,

Work hard yet be humble,

Share all that you have

Maybe the most important of many lessons,

that you have learned from others

Protect and honor your family,

No matter what the cost

A battle for your family

is a battle that cant't be lost

Take a stand for things that matter,

and always keep your head held up high.

Embrace those things close to your heart

and yes, sometimes men do cry

These lessons in life can not be taught,

they must be observed.
